We’re Carmel and Mike, a husband-and-wife team offering personal, one-to-one property buying guidance for English-speaking buyers in Southwest France, including Dordogne, Haute-Vienne, and the Bordeaux area.
We’ve been living in France for over 10 years, where we’ve built our home, our work, and raised our family. Living day-to-day life here has given us a deep, practical understanding of what it truly means to settle in France — not just buy a property, but create a life.
