From regular property inspections and maintenance coordination to tailored concierge services, we give international homeowners peace of mind knowing their French property is being looked after by a trusted local team.
A trusted local team for your French home
We're Mike and Carmel, a husband-and-wife team living in the heart of the Dordogne. Having made France our home, we understand the joys — and the practical challenges — of owning a property here.
Carmel brings a personal, organised approach to property care and owner communication, while Mike's experience as a registered builder brings valuable practical knowledge of property maintenance, repairs and renovation.
Together, we offer a dependable local presence for international homeowners, combining regular property care with a more tailored concierge service for those who want an extra level of support.
